Refund policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At ParLes Benjamins, we offer refunds in the form of store credit to keep things simple and flexible.
🌀 Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your return must be initiated within 7 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- All accessories and packaging (like our mesh bags or satin wraps) must be included.
If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept the return.
💳 How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit (equal to the item's value, excluding shipping) via email. It never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs as we rely on third-party couriers.

🚚 Return shipping
Return shipping is currently not covered, so you’ll be responsible for sending the item back safely.
