When will I receive my order?

Our standard items should be at their new home within 5-7 business days. Some items may take longer as they are made with love. (Don't worry, it is noted on both the product description and on checkout as a reminder!)

When will I get my preorder item?

We're just as excited as you are! Preorders ship within 2–3 business weeks from purchase. We promise it’s worth the wait.

What’s your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries. We offer full refunds upon receiving the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and tags still intact.

How do I use store credit?

Your credit will arrive as a unique code via email. Apply it during checkout, and voilà, the amount will be deducted from your total.

Can I cancel or change my order?
